The Society is registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO)

You have in the past supplied your address and/or e-mail details to the Newdigate Local History Society. This information is held by the Chairman and Membership Secretary only. E-mail addresses are used solely for providing information about the Society and future events. Postal addresses are held for the purpose of receiving letters and the Society magazine. These details are not passed on to any third parties without your specific permission.

All people/groups on the Society database have been given the opportunity to ‘op in’ or ‘opt out’. Those who have NOT ‘opted in’ will be deleted from the database.

All e-mails will be sent via BCC (blind carbon copy)

Newdigate Local History Society operates nlhs.org.uk (the “Site”).  This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the site.
